But as for me, I am like a green olive tree in the house of God;

I trust in the lovingkindness of God forever and ever.
I will give You thanks forever, because You have done it,
And I will wait on Your name, for it is good, in the presence of Your godly ones.
Today, let us pray for the growth of the church in her delight to worship the LORD as His covenant people.
Let us also remember the brethren are experiencing dark providences especially when dealing with their children. Despite hardships, let us not forget God’s lovingkindness. The LORD’s Day shows that God is good to His people since He has appointed a day where His godly ones may enjoy His special presence.
