Chapter 30.7 Who can partake in the LORD’s Supper?

1. Open Table Policy – open to all true Christians present. 1 Cor 11:28 (But anyone can claim as Christians)
2. Closed Table Policy – Only members of the specific local church. 1 Cor 11:29 – The ‘body’ refers to the church
3. Restricted Table Policy- only for the members of local church. For true believers who are part of a local church.

One must be a member of an evangelical local church. 
- The table is not completely open and closed.
- Prerequisites: Profession of faith, Individual salvation and local church membership 
- It invites everyone to examine one's profession.

Verse: Rom 11:23-24 – An Appeal to God’s Power

Nothing less than the power of God can restore the Jewish people back to the Olive tree. In the same way, nothing less than the power of God can save a rebel, hostile, and depraved sinner. 

Application:

• Unbelief is a big deal. God has given a superabundant revelation in His Word.
• Unbelief is rebellion and defiance. Unless you repent of your unbelief, you will perish.
• Unbelief is not a small matter in the sight of God.
• How can you escape if you neglect so great a salvation? Do not linger in your unbelief! (Heb 2:3)

Christ is the Only Savior. He is the Object of our faith. Faith does not save; it points to the One that saves. We are only beggars who call upon the LORD. The One to whom we call is the Savior.
