SCBC Lord’s day # 30

Psalms 5:7
But as for me, by Your abundant lovingkindness I will enter Your house, At Your holy temple I will bow in reverence for You.

If you have no private delight in the Word alone with God, you will not have true public delight in the Word with God’s people.

You can’t simply turn on the switch and be on a worship mode on the Lord’s day if you were off with the world on weekdays.

May we come to the LORD today with our souls dressed and prepared by the Spirit through the private means of grace.
