The Gospel Sonnet

The Firstborn of creation–
The LORD of glory.
He calls from every nation,
The people of His City.

He came to save and aid,
Those slaves of sin.
By His blood He paid,
That they may be changed within.

See how great is the Father’s Love–
In the death of His Son.
Now He is seated above,
Shining brighter than the sun.

Die and live with Him,
Seek His kingdom and come to Him..
